Product or service reviewed: Replaced Heat Pump
I have been a customer of State Aire for 13 years and have always found the work they do to be Excellent. My Heat Pump recently quit working and had to be replaced. The staff at State Aire were excellent. Liz, Eric and Luke were all committed to getting the unit in as soon as possible and did an excellent job. The commitment to service is greatly appreciated and will make me a continued customer.

I called in and couldn’t get my thermostat to switch over to cooling. Liz was very polite and helped me over the phone and even offered to stop by as a courtesy to make sure I was able to change it over without any problems. The best customer service hands down.
