I called for an estimate on replacing my AC and heater in my mobile home. State aire responded promptly with a proposal that sounded good and fair priced so I went to visit the office in person. They verified that they had the unit that I needed in stock said they could come out and install it the very next day ,I was so happy with this ,so I decided to use state air and I’m glad I did. The next day two employees Levi and Ryan came out, they were so professional ,courteous, and knew what they were doing. I was pleased with their work ,they went above and beyond what I ask. I Highly recommend State Aire and I will use them again if I ever need their assistance

Really prompt service. Mario fixed the problem by adding more Freon and found the source of our micro leak. Very pleased.

State Aire has serviced our existing unit for close to 15 years and it was time for a new unit. We purchased a new upgraded Bryant unit from State Aire because of the excellence of all these years of service. The new unit was installed by Levi and Ryan, who did an an excellent job and were very patient in helping me connect the unit to wi-fi and explaining all the various functions of the new wall thermometer which, with permissions granted, connects the unit to State Aire so that both us and State Aire are alerted if there any problems.
Thank you Nathan for introducing us to a new Bryant unit that is keeping the house so comfortable and for sending us Levi and Ryan who did such a great job on the installation.

State Aire is a trustworthy company I have used for 20 years. They are always prompt and do their best to get you as soon as possible. Mario comes over for annual service maintenance and he never fails with his knowledge and professionalism. I won’t be calling anyone else. Thanks State Aire.

Our seven year old RUDD heat pump system was due for annual inspection and we called STATE AIRE in Kerrville, Tx., the company that installed the unit when it was new. We have had no problem with the system but wanted inspected anyway. The service man assigned to us was MARIO ANGELES. This young man has been with State Aire for nearly six years and provided us with very professional ability to assure us there was no problem with the unit. All systems remain in excellent working condition. More companies should hire servicemen with the knowledge this young man has. He will be requested to inspect our system the next time it becomes necessary.
